Fitness 14 is a top equipped fitness centre located on the 1st floor of the CITY CENTER CB shopping arcade. The whole centre is designed in modern and fresh style.
Clients can use a high quality gym with weight and cardio zones equipped with Panatta machines: Clients can also exploit three halls of very interesting design. A multifunctional hall offers a wide range of modern as well as classic activities, let us name just some of the most popular ones: TRX, Bosu, Piloxing, Power yoga, Zumba, Fitbox, Move-it, Jumping, Balantes/ Pilates, SM system. Indoor cycling lessons on Tomahawk bikes are held in the second hall. The third hall is dedicated to the H.E.A.T. programme. Fitness 14 is the only facility offering this type of aerobic exercises in České Budějovice.
V relaxační části se nachází originální japonská sauna Ganbanjoku s léčebnými kamennými deskami ze žuly Kihouseki. Tento kámen byl dovezen přímo z Japonska. Dále je možné využít i tradiční finskou saunu a k ochlazení pak zásobník s ledovou tříští.
In the relaxation section you can find an original Japanese Ganbanjoku sauna with stone treatment boards of Kihouseki granite. The stone was imported directly from Japan. There is also a traditional Finish sauna with a tank of crushed ice for cooling waiting for you.
